Ross Hearing Center was founded in 1983 to provide comprehensive audiological evaluations and assist in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss. We specialize in the fitting of hearing aids and our goal is to provide improvement of life for all individuals challenged by hearing loss. We are committed to providing quality patient care in a friendly and supportive environment.
Audra M. Jones
Dr. Audra Jones received her doctorate from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She joined Ross Hearing Center in 2013. Dr. Jones is a fellow of the American Academy of audiology. She is committed to helping those with speech understanding problems lead a fuller life. By combining integrity and compassion, she has a unique ability to explain the strategies of treating hearing loss. She understands the importance of taking the time to really listen to her patients and create an environment where open and honest communication can take place and her patients can make decisions about their speech understanding needs. When Dr. Jones not helping people hear better, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two children and dog, Lola.
Gabriella Popovich began with Ross Hearing Center in 2010 as a patient care coordinator/audiological technician. She left to attend Purdue University and came back to Ross Hearing in 2015 full-time as a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. She feels the most important part of her job is to help patients improve their everyday life through better hearing. Her understanding of the challenges patients face on a daily basis come from having experienced firsthand the impact hearing loss can have on family and friends as both her grandmother and father suffer from hearing loss. Gabriella is passionate about providing the best care possible to her patients and feels truly fortunate that her career allows her to enrich her patient’s quality of life and that of their family.
Gabriella was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. An avid animal lover and past competitive swimmer, she spends her down time sharing her love of water by teaching youth swim lessons at the local YMCA and spending time with her rescue cat, Patches.
Jennifer Adams, AuD, CCC-A joined Ross Hearing Center in 2014. She received her doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Jennifer strives to increase her patient’s quality of life through better hearing. Her main focus is counseling patients and their families on hearing loss as well as discussing solutions to best fit the patient's needs.
Jennifer moved to Northwest Indiana from Platteville, Wisconsin in 2014 with her husband, two sons and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boys at their sporting events, baking, shopping and getting outdoors as much as possible when the weather is nice.
